1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location. During holidays or curfews, delivery may take longer.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also contact us directly for updates.
4. Is COD available on all orders?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. However, COD orders are verified via call or WhatsApp, which may take 1–2 days longer to dispatch than prepaid orders.
5. How can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. To cancel, email us at gprimemart@gmail.com. Repeated cancellations may lead to account blocking.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 5 days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for return requests. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is approved and checked, refunds are processed within 7–15 working days to your original payment method.
8. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is required, and a Rs. 150 shipping fee is applicable for exchanges.
9. Do you deliver everywhere in India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India. However, delivery may be limited in areas under curfew, lockdown, or remote zones as per courier availability.
